Return Policy

Thank you so much for becoming a part of our Sadie C’s family. We are so glad to have you shop with us and that you were able to find something that you loved. We know that not every purchase will fit & returns are sometimes needed. Should you need to return anything, we are here to make your return process as easy as possible.

 WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS!

All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. We only offer store credit for returns. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.   

Returning Items Checklist

  • You must have the receipt for the item that you wish to return
  • After 14 days no returns are accepted.
  • The tags should still be on each item.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.   

   

The follow items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Purses
  • Jewelry
  • Hair Accessories
  • Hats
  • Bralettes
  • Candles
  • Belts

Please include a return form in the package. IF you are not sure what your oder number is, email customerservice@shopsadiec.com.

The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer we do not provide return labels. Send returns to:

Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for processing. You will receive an e-gift card via email. This can be used online or in our storefront. 
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email customerservice@shopsadiec.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. 
Exchanges: 
There is a limited quantity of items, so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to directly exchange your items. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you will need to contact us immediately so we can try and pull the item or size (if it is available) which you wish to exchange.

Additional Rules:
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.
  • After the item has been worn, it’s yours for good! Sadie C's is not liable for damage that occurs as the item is being worn.
